Rose graduated from the University of Manchester with a Master's in Screenwriting, keen to pursue a career in development.

She began interning at Origin Pictures, going on to spend three years as PA to a leading actor working on various projects on location across Europe and the US. In 2023, Rose joined Big Talk as Executive Assistant to Kenton Allen and Christina Angeloudes.

Rose now works in development with Creative Director Jenny van der Lande across the Drama slate.
